We currently only support EFT (electronic fund payment via internet banking), or cash deposit (direct cash deposit at any Absa bank). Cash deposits carry a small additional fee to cover banking fees. We cannot and will not process any orders before money has cleared in the bank.
As the majority of our products are custom branded or printed to your specification, we are unable to offer a refund on items that were incorrectly orderdered. Please send us a message so we can try and assist with placing the order to avoid dissapointment for either party.
This is dependent on the order itself, and where it’s being sent to. Items that need to be printed will take longer than items that can just be sent out. Normally orders are sent out within 3 to 7 working days but we can give you a more accurate estimate if you contact us before placing your order.
